How to pull reports

This session explores how we can effectively use the workplace as a classroom. Topics include creating an environment which encourages learning, promoting psychological safety and encouraging reflection practice. In addition, we look at the various teaching styles and learner preferences and how to provide effective feedback.

This CPD includes what clinical audit is and its benefits, the various types of audit projects, the audit cycle and its steps. In addition, tips on undertaking your own clinical audit and the regulatory considerations of clinical audit are covered.
